With more drivers and fleets using BigRoad everyday, we’ve grown our Customer Success team to ensure every driver using our ELD mandate solution continues to get the excellent support that BigRoad is known for.

Meet Your Customer Success Representative

BigRoad's Customer Success Representatives play a huge role in helping you succeed. From the time you sign-up for the BigRoad Web App or DashLink ELD, you’re assigned a dedicated Customer Success Representative who is committed to helping you and your drivers get the most out of BigRoad. Let’s meet the team:

Matt Malcolm

Matt_January2017-1.jpgQ. How long have you been at BigRoad?
A. I've been with BigRoad since July 2016. I started on our Support Team and quickly moved over to Customer Success.

Q. Where did you come from before
BigRoad?
A. I come from a sales and technology background. I started my career with Utilocate building and implementing plant management software. From there, I moved from IT and testing into sales. Most recently I sold used vehicles at Guelph Toyota.

Q. What do you like to do in your spare time?
A. I'm really into amateur rally racing!

Q. What's your favourite part working on the Customer Success Team at BigRoad?
A. I love helping our customers find the perfect solution for their business needs.

David Webber

A. I've been with BigRoad since November 2016.

Q. Where did you come from before BigRoad?
A. I've spent most of my career in sales, business development, and account management, helping customers find solutions for their businesses. I’ve spent the past four years working with tech startups in the same capacity.  

Q. What do you like to do in your spare time?
A. I am a cycling enthusiast and typically ride all year round--even in Canada’s icy cold winters!

Q. What's your favourite part working on the Customer Success Team at BigRoad?
A. The primary reason I have stayed in the sales / account management field is that I enjoy working with people, and working at BigRoad gives me the opportunity to connect with people every day.

Nikki Asselin

Nikki_January2017-1.jpgQ. How long have you been at BigRoad? 
A. I’m the newest kid on the block! I started at BigRoad on January 3rd of this year.

Q. Where did you come from before BigRoad?
A. I’ve been focused on client solutions throughout my career. I have a background in customs consulting, and prior to BigRoad, I worked for Christie Digital Systems.

Q. What do you like to do in your spare time?
A. I love hockey, boating, snowmobiling--anything adventurous that takes me outdoors!

Q. What's your favourite part working on the Customer Success Team at BigRoad?
A. I love working with our customers! I also love the team and culture here at BigRoad.
