The Task Tracker app gives you all the visibility you need on one screen for all of your project tracking and seeing jobs to completion.

Navigate between the Pending, In Progress and Done tabs to see the activity status of tasks that have been accepted, of tasks that still need to be actioned and an overview of all completed tasks.

Based on where your mobile team is and how close the incoming job is to their location, your staff will be able to action assignments remotely from their smartphone. They can view the specific instructions and address in the task tab, as well as self-assign tasks straight in the app to skip the middleman and get to the job at hand without delay.

Setting up this real-time smartphone app is very easy. Download the app directly from Google Play or iTunes. Fill out the employee profile and include the e-mail address that the employee frequently uses.
